Mentee Professional Services started its mission to provide mentorship by working directly with college and high school students. Your education and how you spend your time in school builds a foundation that will either accentuate, foster, and embrace your own particular talents and passions or potentially obscure them. Our goal is to help you openly assess what would make you happy and then colaboratively create a plan to align your wonderful and unique talents with your ambitions. 

Expectations & Reality

There are nearly infinite industry accepted norms and faux pas that are detrimental to your success and development. Mentee Professional Services is here to encourage you to break convention, be yourself, celebrate your passions to find an approach and methodology that keeps you motivated while circumventing traditional barriers to entry. Not every one will be good at any job just by working harder or "paying their dues", so we work with our Mentees to accurately assess their personal fit within the success they wish to pursue and react accordingly. You have the ability to do amazing things and together we can uncover a trajectory that propels your career forward!

Candid self awareness and assessment are invaluable tools and often the first step creating your own success. When deciding what to study, what type of school to attend, or what profession to prepare for creating an environment around you that fosters your learning style will perpetuate your learning while allowing you to always focus on improving without it feeling like a chore.
