Mentee Professional Services is an Limited Liability Corporation (LLC) offering consultative services that produce coaching, training, and recommendations based on the input provided by the clients of Mentee Professional Services. As is the nature with making recommendations there can be no guarantee of a successful outcome. Mentee Professional Services will make their best attempt to provide services and recommendations that Mentee Professional Services believes will help achieve the outcome requested by the client.  

The services offered by at the discretion of Mentee Professional Services will include the services listed within the services section of the website and will be recommendations and services that Mentee Professional Services believes will achieve the clients' desired outcome. It is, in all instances, the responsibility of the client to accept and employ the recommendations that are made or not. In all instances the client is responsible for submitting all relevant documentation pertaining to the the service requested to at the discretion of Mentee Professional Services prior to their consultation being scheduled or their service performed. 

The accuracy of information listed on any of the information provided for the purposes of the services provided by Mentee Professional Services is the sole responsibility of the client and not the responsibility of Mentee Professional Services. Mentee Professional Services will only utilize information provided by their clients.   

After receipt of the formal order with payment for any service offered by Mentee Professional Services a list of available time slots will be sent to the client where applicable or the service will be rendered within the quoted time frame per service with exceptions being communicated directly to the client. If  an inaccurate email address is entered by the client Mentee Professional Services will attempt to contact the client and cancel the order if a response is not received within forty-eight hours. In the event of a service requiring an appointment, once a time is confirmed, it can be requested to be changed or cancelled until 24 hours prior to the selected time. Changing or cancelling the appointment is exclusively at the discretion of Mentee Professional Services once the initial appointment is confirmed by the client. After 24 hours prior to the selected time slot the service cannot be cancelled and can result in up to a one hundred percent cancellation fee at the discretion of Mentee Professional Services.   

By creating an order with Mentee Professional Services the client creating the order is agreeing to all of the terms and conditions listed in both Mentee Professional Services' legal section as well as the terms and conditions listed in the specific service description.
