Your professional website or social media review will take up to 15 working days after receipt of the formal order for the service with payment before response is sent. After receipt of the formal order for the service with payment a quotation for a custom consultation will be sent to the client. Once an order is confirmed, it can be requested to be changed or cancelled within the first 24 hours following order creation. After 24 hours following order creation the service cannot be cancelled and can result in up to a one hundred percent cancellation fee. The Quotation for Custom Consultation service will include a quote for services that Mentee Professional Services believes will address the client's request as described by the client during order creation. It is the responsibility of the client to accept or reject the quotation. If the quotation is accepted the cost of the quotation will be deducted from the cost quoted for the custom consultation service. If the quotation is not accepted the client will still be charged for the creation of the quotation.  [Note: The client is responsible for submitting all relevant information pertaining to the requested service to Mentee Professional Services prior to their quotation being generated.] 

The accuracy of information listed on any of the information provided for the purposes of presenting is the sole responsibility of the client and not the responsibility of Mentee Professional Services. By creating an order with Mentee Professional Services the client creating the order is agreeing to all of the terms and conditions listed in both Mentee Professional Services' legal section as well as the terms and conditions listed in the specific service description.
